model reskin of my character, Juno

both versions of the model were textured with Substance Painter, and then uploaded into unity for use in Vrchat. high-poly model made for PC VR use; low-poly version intended for mobile use on Oculus Quest. original model found here

I had only brief experience with texture painting before this particular model; turns out it wasn't as easy to do as it seems. not wanting to spend money on having someone else texturing this model for me, I decided to take a leap of faith and did it myself. using Substance Painter for the first time took a lot of getting used to, but after getting into the rhythm of it, I had a lot of fun with these and I plan to take more time to learn the application in the future.
